REMOUR uses the courier service (DHL) by default to send all shipments. Customers can always choose a faster service by paying the excess portion of the shipping cost. There are differences varies by region and by weight, for more information please contact us.

At Remours.com, it takes 2-3 workings days to arrive. Shipping occurs after 12 hours once orders confirmed. Unpaid orders and orders with credit card issue will not be shipped before problems solved. After order shipped, order cannot be cancelled, and we are unable to make any changes to it. If you need cancel it, please return the products at your own courier cost after you receive it. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. We are doing all we can do to make sure that your order is delivered on time, Remours.com cannot promise it when conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes etc.
